1) Please plan on confirming all menu arrangements at least one month in advance of your function. Arrangements may be made over the phone or by appointment. 2) The final head count (billable guarantee) must be confirmed two weeks prior to your event. This is not subject to reduction but may be increased should you need to accommodate additional guests. 3) We will be prepared to accommodate any additional guests up to 5% of your guaranteed amount on the day of you event. You will only be charged for additional entrees if you need them. 4) Prices are subject to change without notice but may be confirmed thirty days prior to the engagement. 5) All cancellations must be in writing by the client and confirmed in writing by Lake Tahoe Golf Course. 6) The contracted party is responsible for all damages incurred due to or during their function. 7) No rice, confetti, etc. shall be thrown or an additional charge will be incurred for clean-up at a rate of $25.00 per hour (2 hour minimum). Bird seed is acceptable if it is confined to outdoors only. 8) Lake Tahoe Golf Course prohibits the affixing of anything to walls , floors, or ceilings of rooms without prior approval of management. 9) A deposit of $625.00 is required to confirm your function date. This deposit will not be applied to your final balance. Unfortunately, the deposit is non refundable unless cancelled day can be rebooked. 10) All events are booked for four and one-half hour time periods. After four and one-half hours you will be charged at the rate of $200.00 per hour (there is a one hour minimum). 11) A service charge of 18% and state sales tax will be added to your total balance unless otherwise specified. 12) All balances are due and payable in full not later than the day of your event. |
