No blood test or waiting period. Couples must be living together as husband and wife and be 18 or older. Applicants must provide photo identification. The license must be issued in the same county in which the ceremony takes place and is also available at California wedding chapels.

No blood test or waiting period. Applicants must be 18 or older and provide photo identification. This license is available at any county courthouse. In this county, you must provide your final divorce papers if the divorce has been within 90 days of the date of issue.
